If I had only three words to describe myself, they would probably be: open-minded, thoughtful and close-to-nature. Yoga and jogging are as much an essential part of me as a conscious lifestyle and an awareness of sustainability. I very much enjoy the simple things in life, like my daily walk in the forest with my Labrador cross-breed Paco or enjoying a fine meal.

During my training as a nutritionist I have discovered my passion for the vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Preparing fresh and healthy meals from regional products is simply a truly fulfilling experience!

My profession as model and actress has taught me a lot about myself and the interaction with other people. I am so grateful for all the experiences I was able to gather in the course of my different international obligations. It is one of my main principles to always approach every person with kindness and sincerity – a smile makes all the difference. On my travels I have learned that sometimes very little is enough to make you happy – I have many fond memories of these times.

It is my ambition to broaden my different interests in perfect harmony. I face every new project with great curiosity, and deeply enjoy learning something new. It is a great bliss to be able to reach out to people with empathy and knowledge and inspire them to embrace a enduringly healthier lifestyle.
